Pre-Inspection
The cleaning technician will follow you for a tour of the areas to be cleaned. Please let him know of any areas you have concerns about. He will provide a quote for the cleaning project along with recommendations for the appropriate service level to achieve excellent results. He will identify potential permanent stains and give an evaluation of expected results.
Commercial Pre-Vacuum
Dry soil is removed by thoroughly vacuuming with our powerful dual-motor commercial vacuum. This includes edges with cleaning wide-open rooms. (Value tip: You can save $7/per cleaning area by thoroughly vacuuming before our arrival.)
Furniture Moving
Our price includes moving sofas, recliners, coffee tables, and other items. Before our arrival, it is helpful if you remove smaller furniture, plants, pets, and breakables from the cleaning areas. This helps us be more efficient and reduces the chance of breakage. (Value tip: Make sure breakables are removed from furniture to be moved.)
Thoro Pre-Clean Conditioner
Our specially formulated Thoro-PreClean conditioner is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.
Pre-Spot
Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase the chances of removal.
Thoro-Clean Pro
This step uses our specially designed Thoro-Clean Pro carpet cleaning tool to thoroughly clean all areas, giving extra attention to high-traffic paths and those bad spots. This step is an exclusive part of the Thoro-Clean system that no other cleaner offers. This tool is awesome at removing pet hair and hard-to-clean spots.
Thoro-Clean Extreme (For Those Heavily Soiled Carpets)
If your carpet is heavily soiled or has dark traffic patterns our Thoro-Clean Extreme service can help restore the carpet to the best condition possible. This is an optional service and its use will be discussed during the pre-inspection step 1.
Thoro-Rinse
Appropriate pH-balanced neutralizing solutions are applied to remove maximum soil using our powerful truck-mounted Thoro-Clean system. This step ensures that the carpet is thoroughly cleaned and left soft, fresh and residue-free.
Post Spot
Any spots or stains remaining will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions. For longer carpet life and fewer permanent stains, be sure to ask about the benefits of having Advanced Teflon Carpet Protector applied to your carpet.
Replace Furniture
We will replace the furniture we moved and place protector tabs under the furniture to prevent the stain from transferring to the carpet.
Groom The Carpet
Your carpet is groomed for 2 reasons: It helps restore the nap of the carpet and promotes faster drying time!
Post Cleaning Inspection
Our technician will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure that you are completely thrilled with the cleaning job.
